Our classes are beginner friendly!

We offer Vinyasa style flow class, starting with breath work and meditation, leading into slow stretches guiding you into a short flow sequence focused on postures and alignment endings in savasana and a sound bath.

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Vinyasa yoga offers a creative and adaptable approach, allowing practitioners to explore various sequences while connecting breath, body, and mind.

All levels of practice are welcome.
