Join us as we connect with our bodies to tap into its powerful ability to naturally release negative energy & raise our own frequencies!

This class is not about the skill of dance, but the beautiful flow of allowing your body to move as it wishes.

This class has no judgment & no one will be watching you as we will all be involved in tapping into our own body's flow!

The lights will be turned low for comfort & we will move to music from the 80's, 90's, & early 2000's!

If movement is difficult for you, sitting & dancing is fine!
