About the event:

This FUN experience uses drums and percussion instruments to support overall wellness by connecting body, mind and spirit. No musical experience necessary. Drums provided, or bring your own.

What to expect:

Each person will select a drum and/or other percussion instrument (tambourine, shakers, etc). A simple rhythm pattern will be demonstrated, and the group will play the rhythm together for several minutes, creating a feeling of community. Multiple rhythms patterns will be taught throughout the event.
