Clear Lake Area Wellness Network

This monthly gathering is open to anyone interested in holistic wellness, metaphysics, and healing arts.  It is led by Healing Arts Practitioner Sara Blumenfeld and hosted by Lighthouse Reiki & Crystals (Misty Verlinden, owner).

About the Workshop: In this gathering, we will build community with like-minded Beings, have fun, and learn something to help us on our journey.

What to Expect:

Each gathering will consist of a short (about 30 minutes) drum circle, a presentation (10-15 minutes) on a topic related to holistic wellness, metaphysics, or healing arts, and then a time of sharing and networking to get to know and support each other.

Workshop Highlights:

-We will start with a drum circle. No musical experience necessary. Drums will be provided, or bring your own. Each person will select a drum and/or other percussion instrument (tambourine, shakers, etc). Several simple rhythm patterns will be demonstrated, and the group will play the rhythm together for several minutes, creating a feeling of community.

v makes you smarter and more intuitive

v enhances creativity

v increases feelings of connection and community

-We will go around the circle and give each person a few minutes to talk about their business (if they have one),  recent “wins” in their life, and anything they would like group energetic support with.
