Goals or resolutions are popular in January, and usually fade away within weeks, leaving you feeling defeated. There's a better way!

About the Workshop: In this class we will talk about why goals are limiting and what to do instead. You will learn multiple ways to create your life in a way that is more satisfying and fun, including identifying and amplifying the energy of what you are seeking to create, working with your body and your business instead of against it, and asking specific questions to invite new possibilities.

What to Expect:

Come prepared with a list of at least 3 goals or things you would like to create in 2024: one for your body, one for relationships, and one for your business or job. We will work together to explore the foundation of these goals and show you how to choose that every day.

Workshop Highlights:

-Understand what goals really are and the ways they limit you

-Learn effective techniques to connect with the underlying reasons for your goals and how amplifying those can bring your intentions into physical form -Discover how to use open-ended questions to invite the energy of new possibilities without stopping the flow with answers -Explore what feminine and masculine energies have to do with it

-How to work with your body and your business, instead of against it

-Connect with like-minded individuals and engage in enriching discussions.

Who Should Attend? This class is for you if you are tired of being frustrated and judging yourself as wrong for not completing goals or keeping “resolutions.” Instead, you are ready to learn more expansive and satisfying ways to create your life.
